Good Manners` Party
Travelling to all corners of the world is getting easier and easier. We do live in a global village, but how well do we know and understand each other? Do nationality stereotypes exist?
No matter how tolerant we think we are, prejudices lurk! In order not to behave badly abroad and always show good manners while travelling to a foreign country we organized "The Evening of Good Manners". Every class (11-B, 11-V, 10-A, 10-V, 9-B) chose one country to represent. Students exchanged their ideas about customs and traditions of Germany, Britain, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Spain.
We all had fun playing different games, having quizzes, watching short videos about living abroad. But the biggest surprise for us was a real Italian chef who came to our party. He told some interesting stories about his country. At the end of the party we had a great opportunity to eat real Italian pizza which was prepared by our guest!
